The comment for the -t is wrong. Get rid of "instead" since it always 
does.

Also do not run mk/bulk/post-build twice. It will create new destination 
directories -- so it will appear to be two different bulk builds.

Just run mk/bulk/post-build once and save to ${FTP}/pkgsrc-results-`date 
+%Y-%m-%d`.txt.

And then if $textmode is not yes, then also mail that same file.
