The pkgsrc.txt and pkgsrc.html that I committed have the cvs IDs expanded.

The actual xml files use &#36; entity. The HTML file should stay with the 
&#34; entity, but it is lost (it is rendered to real dollar sign).

Any ideas on how to do this cleanly?

The text file I am not sure about either. I guess they should be committed 
in CVS binary mode.
