*Of course* it turns out that it is dependent on some local modifications
I had made to lang/clisp ages ago and then forgotten about. I have
submitted a PR requesting those changes to lang/clisp, but for now if
anyone wants to try pkgmanager you need to apply this patch to
lang/clisp first:

   http://starfury.scode.org/pkgmanager/lang_clisp.diff

(Should I mark wip/pkgmanager as BROKEN until lang/clisp is updated?)
