graphics/tiff does not create libtiff/.libs/libtiffxx.so.3.7 (on IRIX
5.3).
Is this an issue on other platforms as well?
I'm captured a build log, and there is simply no line that creates
libtiffxx.so.3.7. Does anyone have an idea why? Should I file a PR?
