Some time ago it was discussed here how to set some local CFLAG options
in mk.conf. Someone said that it did not matter whether one used CFLAGS=
or CFLAGS+=.
At least today this is (no longer?) true. Using CFLAGS= does overwrite
any settings to CFLAGS made in the package Makefile.
