I think these files need to be tarred up also (or the +DEINSTALL include
the code):

+DIRS
+FILES
+PERMS
+RCD_SCRIPTS
+USERGROUP

I am guessing all binary packages that should use this functionality since
February are broken.

Or I misunderstand how this works.

The +INSTALL files generate the needed scripts. Should the +DEINSTALL
scripts also generate the needed +DIRS, +FILES, +PERMS, +RCD_SCRIPTS,
and/or +USERGROUP scripts?
