I thought it was something in bmake. False alarm.
I am not sure what the problem is but CTRL-C and CTRL-D both stopped
working.
For example, if I run "cat" by itself, I can't kill it with a keystroke.
stty -a didn't give any clues.
Anyways, I logged back in in a different rxvt terminal and all appears to
be fine.
