Because various tools may pick up things wrongly.
It *may* not be needed any more as pkg_info doesn't pick up PKG_PATH 
automatically any more, but I have no idea what happens for targets like 
bin-install etc.

In general, there shouldn't be a need to set PKG_PATH when doing pkgsrc 
work, and thus the warning.
