I wonder if it'd make sense to split the oss and sun plugins into their
own packages, just as we already have libao-esound and libao-arts.  This
way, libao itself would not depend on any audio library, thus keeping
the dependency tree very clean.  Furthermore, we'd use the normal
ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM variable to denote where each plugin is allowed,
instead of the complex conditional we have now.

Unless there are objections, I'll add this to my to-do queue.
