We should have a consistent MESSAGE about using rc.d scripts.
Notice that some above suggest using PKG_RCD_SCRIPTS, copying scripts
manually, and even suggest running direct from the "examples" directory.
(I am looking at these, because I was going to get rid of the
RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR and use share/examples/rc.d instead.)
