Hi,

I installed OpenOffice 1.1.4 on my NetBSD 2.0 i386 box with KDE 3.3.2, =
and it seems to work fine, however every time I shutdown OpenOffice it =
core dumps in my home directory.

Does anybody else experience this problem? What's causing it? How can =
I fix it?

The first two times I noticed a message in reference to pthreads =
(something about it being locked or not lockable) when I started =
OpenOffice from a KDE terminal, but since I have not been able to =
get/find this message again.

I've got the pth and pthread-sem packages installed. Is that ok? Do I =
need to configure or change permissions on something?

Should I try a 'make' 'make install' from pkgsrc? I started that, but =
that will take hours on my 500 MHz K6-2 CPU.

Thanks much for your help!
Robert
