Is there any bootstrap/bmake binary package ?
Is that meaningfull ?

For non NetBSD system, binary package supposed to be opened by
pkg_add may be meaningless, so, binary package won't be built.

Or is it good for upgrade ?

devel/bmake should be binary packaged ?
