 dump                        - dump database
 pmatch pattern pkg          - returns true if pkg matches pattern, otherwise false is already installed - perhaps an older version?

Can't upgrade pkg_install from 20030202 to 20040813. Can't reinstall..

Broken? Also tried update and replace.
