There are a couple of problems with dict-client, with respect to how it used
to function, and how it now functions.

1. --enable-dictorg functionality was lost.
I'm not sure if this was explicitly needed in past versions of
dict-client, but out of the box, dict 1.5.5/rf on NetBSD 2.0_BETA
would query dict.org without any existing dict.conf.

2. The makefile needs to substitute where dict(1) expects to find its
configuration file in the produced manpage. The manpage referes to
/etc/dict.org, but of course in my particular pkgsrc installation,
    it's going to /usr/pkg/etc/dict.org.

So #2 is relatively minor, but #1 is a bit of a frustration when you need to
install dict and look something up quick.
