Not at this time. And not easily.
Many packages are licensed under multiple licenses. It would be quite time
consuming to make pkgsrc/licenses files for all the packages.
But I guess for some we could include some generic licenses in the
pkgsrc/licenses directory and use some variable to define which ones and
then pre-define
ACCEPTABLE_LICENSES?= GPL LGPL BSD2 BSD3 BSD4 publicdomain etc...
On a related note, we should be sure to include (with installation) of any
licenses that require license to be available with binary packages.
