It looks like they may have changed more than that.  From the enclosed 
README:

"This distribution contains two unsupported programs, icat and ifrom,
which may be of use to some sites.

There were once other programs in this distribution as well:

The old chkmail, imapcopy, imapxfer, mbxcopy, mbxcreat, and mbxcvt
programs have been replaced with the mailutil program, which is
included in the UW IMAP distribution on
         ftp://ftp.cac.washington.edu/mail/imap.tar.Z

The dmail, mlock, and tmail programs are also bundled in the UW IMAP"

By the looks of it all of these are being built with the imap-uw package 
but not being installed.  This may have happened during the last imap-uw 
bump.

I'll have a look into this.
