Hi

I'm starting my netbsd 1.6.1 pkgsrc from an empty system.
sudo fails towards the end of the build unless libtool-base is installed
prior, as do many libraries / packages that require gmake to build with

USE_GNU_TOOLS+=         make

in a Makefile

Should there be a BUILD_DEPENDS target in the Makefile to libtool / gmake
where necessary?

pkgsrc tree is current as of a day ago.
