The make install of festival quits with

install: /usr/src/pkgsrc/audio/festival/work/festival/lib/etc/ix86_NetBSD/audsp: 
stat: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

The directory ix86_NetBSD actually exists as ix86_NetBSD2.0, and 
changing the appropriate audsp line in the Makefile allows the 
installation to complete successfully, although the following messages are 
displayed towards the end of the install process:

ls: /usr/pkg/share/festival/lib/etc/ix86_NetBSD/.made: No such file or directory
ls: /usr/pkg/share/festival/lib/etc/ix86_NetBSD/audsp: No such file or directory
===> Registering installation for festival-1.95beta
pkg_create: can't stat `/usr/pkg/share/festival/lib/etc/ix86_NetBSD/.made'
pkg_create: can't stat `/usr/pkg/share/festival/lib/etc/ix86_NetBSD/audsp'

After this, it works fine for me.
