I've renamed the PAM make variable name from "pam" to "linux-pam".
If you have any variable assignments in /etc/mk.conf that refer to
*.pam, e.g. PKG_SYSCONFDIR.pam, then they need to be renamed to the
corresponding *.linux-pam name, e.g. PKG_SYSCONFDIR.linux-pam.

These changes are part of a larger set of changes to support OpenPAM in
both pkgsrc and in NetBSD-current.
