Hi,

pkg_install still doesn't clean itself after one runs "make update". This 
has the unfortunate consequences of having the work directory get left, 
and any updates to pkg_install (unless they are aware of this problem) 
will just happily think that pkg_install is already build, and do a 
deinstall and reinstall of what's in work, even if it's old.

I reported this here because I'd rather the people who work on this stuff 
all the time fix it, but if nobody wants to, I'll be happy to fix it.
