Licq has worked once under the following (and probably accidental) conditions:

a) qt and licq have been compiled under NetBSD 1.6.2
b) the system have been upgraded to 2.0 beta (a snapshot from past july or august, I don't remember)
c) licq worked fine under that (and only that) snapshot.
