Okay, after starting the apxs script by hand, I got a bad interpreter
error from the shell. Looking into /usr/pkg/sbin/apxs revealed the
following interpreter:
#!/usr/pkgsrc/www/apache2/work.ReLink/.tools/bin/perl -w
Obviously, this is wrong. Since apxs belongs to www/apache2, it
seems this package is responsible for the error.
