| Actually, that shouldn't be a problem in the normal case. Whether rc.c=

| is already "preloaded" or loaded later, the standard rc.conf setting

Except where people may want to do fancy shell variable manipulation
in /etc/rc.conf or /etc/rc.conf.d/foo.
