I forgot to mention another idea to fix this: use my "available" database
to quickly see what packages actually use the shared library. And just
bump them.

(The REQUIRES will need to be fixed to only list the real shared libraries
and not the indirect shared libraries.)

Of course, this doesn't help with packages using static libraries.
