Another question on same subject:

Should we use objdump (or other tool depending on platform) to output
NEEDED instead of using ldd for generating REQUIRES?

For example, ldd of firefox-bin on my system has 35 libraries.

But objdump -x only shows 21 NEEDED libraries.

The other extra libraries as shown by ldd are not important and may cause
problems on upgrades of the dependencies.

Any comments?
