tech-pkg: licq doesn't want to work.

No problem in compiling pkgsrc/chat/licq-gui-qt on NetBSD 2.0, but when I try to execute the binary I receive the following output:

licq: Error detected by libpthread: Invalid mutex.

Any hint on how to make licq work?
