"gtk-qt" is a very nice package from freedesktop.org: it is a GTK theme
engine which uses Qt/KDE themes.  It can be used to make GTK-apps fit
better into KDE (it also includes a KDE Control center module for this).

FreeBSD has a port for this (x11-themes/gtk-qt-engine), so it should be
fairly easy to turn it into a NetBSD package?
