Do we have a script to bump PKGREVISIONs?
Basically, if no PKGREVISION, then add a line; or if it does then
increment it.
I have around 244 I want to bump. (Because of RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR
change to be done.)
Also, what about PKGREVISIONs that are found in Makefile.common? Should
they all be just in non-shared Makefile? Like are mail/exim,
security/ssh2, and www/apache2 correct to have the PKGREVISION in the
shared Makefile.common?
