Hi,

since I updated (current) pkgsrc and rebuilt all packages on two
NetBSD/i386 2.0_RC4 systems from scratch, Apache dumps core on
startup. (I've already sent a PR about this problem: pkg/28259).
I'm using apache-1.3.33, php-4.3.9nb1, ap-php-4.3.9nb1, php-ldap-4.3.9
and openldap-2.2.13nb4.

So far I found two ways to make Apache startup succeed again:
- disabling the LDAP Apache module, i.e. removing 'extension=ldap.so'
  from php.ini (bad solution, obviously...)
- reinstalling the older version (openldap-2.2.13nb3)

However, if I checkout these older openldap version from pkgsrc and
rebuild now, Apache dumps core again.

Hmm, anybody else seeing this? Any hints? What could have caused this
problem?

TIA, Jukka
