I've have an update to devel/gettext-lib. The update bring gettext-lib up to 
Version  0.14.1.

With the update come programming language support for Shell, Perl, PHP, 
ObjectiveC, GCC-source and C++ with Qt.

A tarball of the package may be downloaded from:

If there are not objections or majors changes required, I'll commit it in one 
week.
