The following patch is needed to make parallel/mpi-ch build with MPI_RSH as=
the rsh command.
Currently, MPI_RSH is defined as ssh, but without this patch, mpi-ch builds=
using rsh as the rsh
command and there are no runtime switches to change that. It needs to be r=
ecompiled with the
correct -rsh=3Dxxx done on the configure line.
Does this small change require a package number bump?
