Hi,

I've just updated psiconv to 0.9.6.
I would like to note, it does not build with the latest ImageMagick
(the API has changed), so for the time being, ImageMagick support
has been disabled.  (I've spent couple of hours today to make it work,
without success.)
The old version didn't work with the new ImageMagick, either.

If someone could give it a try and tell me it works are it
should, I'd appreciate.
