The cweb package conflicts with teTeX, since they both install the
same binaries, but cweb installs some documentation and examples
that teTeX doesn't.

I created a clone of cweb I called teTeX-cweb that just installed
the cweb parts that teTeX didn't, and made it depend on teTeX.

Is this worth committing, or is there a better way to do this?
