Is there any serious user of Festival?

The package includes a patch called OGIfestpatch, which makes Festival
hard to be updated to a newer version.  I'd be easier to update it if
we drop the patch.  Or, someone needs to maintain the patch
pkgsrc-locally, since the patch seems no longer maintained...
