I had a clean pkgsrc but i had left usr/pkg.
I then deleted usr/pkg and tried again but got the same error. I tried a few
more times but no success. Ive nuked my pkgsrc tree and got a fresh checkout,
got rid of usr/pkg and am trying a clean build.
