Bandai is Japanese company that made a handheld for gaming,
called the Wonderswan. Then they made a second version of it
that could do colour too, which they called the Wonderswan
Colour (the first one was greyscale only).

It comes with a ROM file of the game "Wondersnake" in
share/Cygne-SDL -- try it out.

There are also some people that wrote games for it, some
googling should help you find them.
