Anyone using lang/ucblogo?

I had a PR because it wouldn't build under Linux.

So I updated to latest version.

I have built and installed under Linux and NetBSD 1.6.2.

It has been over 20 years since I last used logo, so now I realize I
forgot how to use it. I was hoping it would be easy so my young children
could use it.

I don't want to commit my update if someone uses ucblogo, just in case I
broke something.

If you use ucblogo and test for me, please let me know.

I will add my update to PR 24858.
