I just ran a make update in /usr/pkgsrc/graphics/tiff which upgraded
the tiff-3.5.7nb1 I had installed to tiff-3.6.1.  This caused xmysql to
be rebuilt since it depended on tiff.  So far, nothing I wouldn't expect.
(the tiff dependency disappeared, but that makes sense, since it's indirect
through xforms)

	However, it also rebuilt mysql-client, which was at version 3.23.49nb3.
(the dependency in xmysql on mysql-client is >=3.32.35)
Is it supposed to do that?  If so, why?
