Building lang/python20 I get the following output: 

"The following variables will affect the build process of this package,
python20-2.0.1nb7.  Their current value is shown below:

        * SSLBASE (defined)"

Why does it just say "defined", not the actual value?
bmake show-vars VARNAMES=SSLBASE gives the correct value.
