Hi,

I've just reinstalled apache2 on my server, but surprise, the header files were
not installed with APACHE_DEFAULT_FILES=YES (it's the default now), so I've
changed it to "NO" and some files were not installed (share/httpd/manual).

Could you please fix this? oh and BTW all header files should be installed by
default, because they are required for ap2-subversion and maybe others.
