FWIW, it built fine on NetBSD/alpha 1.6.2 in my latest round of
pkgsrc bulk builds, which was on the pkgsrc-2004Q2 branch.  The
last update was done Jun 28, and my p5-perl-headers-1.6.2.tgz is
from Jun 29.
