Could someone please take graphics/libungif to 4.1.3?
Changes which need to be made in Makefile are:

DISTNAME=       libungif-4.1.3
EXTRACT_SUFX=   .tar.bz2
HOMEPAGE= http://sourceforge.net/projects/libungif


Two of the three patches no longer apply out of the box, and the
download site is now Sourceforge.
The problem and respective solution submitted as pkg/26161 still
applies.
