Also add:

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=	-cups

> PLIST_SUBST+=           CUPS=

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=	-no-cups

The PLIST_SUBST is probably not needed, unless the CUPS-based qt3-libs
install has different files installed.
