When I ran dillo after upgrading, no fonts displayed in the browser. Before
updating, fonts displayed. In dillorc I changed vw_fontname from default
heletica to lucida, and dillo now displays variable width font. I changed
fw_fontname from default courier to fixed, and then lucidatypewriter, but
cannot get fixed fonts to display. What busted?
