1. It is a separate package. I've been working on it on wip for 5 months.
2. It should probably eventually replace gcc3. For now, because:
- C++ is more strigently check causing a number of packages not to comp=
ile
- I've only been able to test on ix86 and AMD 64 with NetBSD
I recommend that it be a separate package
