Unfortunately, the build fails with the following error :

checking size of wchar_t... 0
configure: error: There is wchar.h but the size of wchar_t is 0
dmake:  Error code 1, while making './unxbsdi2.pro/misc/build/so_configured=
_so_icu'

When compiling the test program, I get 4 instead of 0. This is during the
build of icu. Does anyone know how to correct this ?
