I started to have so many errors on different packages that I became
suspicious about my installation. So I started over again:
rm -fr /usr/pkg
rm -fr /var/db/pkg
anoncvs on pkgsrc
rebuild of /usr/pkgsrc/bootstrap
use of the native debian/woody compiler

The first package I rebuild was gucharmap: after many hours of building
of all the dependencies it built and installed correctly.

Anyway, thanks for Your time
