I've moved the 1.6.2/i386 binary pkgs on ftp.netbsd.org to
pkgsrc-2003Q4/NetBSD-1.6.2/i386, and replaced the dir with a symlink to a
new bunch of binary pkgs from the pkgsrc-2004Q1 branch (in
pkgsrc-2004Q1/NetBSD-1.6.2/i386).

This is basically just an update of the binary pkgs, with a minor,
hopefull non-intrusive reorg. I have also updated pkgsrc/Packages.txt to
reflect the new layout.
