We should do same for Linux based on your same argument. (My makefile has
a BUILD_DEPENDS for groff.)

It displays fine for me under NetBSD and Linux. (No bold under Linux
though. And under Linux has underlines with more(1) but not cat(1)).

We should be able to tweak it to work for all?

Also, the document should be in the above sed expression for
@PKG_SYSCONFDIR@ and @FETCH_CMD_SHORT@ and @PKGVULNDIR@ and @PKGSRCDIR@.
