I am currently doing a fresh test install of pkgsrc on a Linux system. I
have been doing bootstrap with a prefix that is owned by my non-root
build user.
Now when installing packages, I am asked to become root although
LOCALBASE is fully writable by the build user.
Is there a switch that prevents this? Or is it simply a bug?
